1. LICENSES

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as follows:

1.1 Installation and Usage.

Licenses are per user. License keys may be used on multiple computers, provided the license key holder is the primary user. Businesses must purchase at least as many licenses as the number of people using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Without a valid license key the SOFTWARE PRODUCT operates in read-only mode; a valid license key enables writing.

1.2 Backup Copies.

You may make copies of the license key and or the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for backup and archival purposes.

2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS

2.1 Maintenance of Copyright Notices.

You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on any copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

2.2 Distribution.

You may not distribute or sell license keys to third parties. Distribution or sale of license keys will result in revocation of the license. The unmodified installer of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be freely redistributed.

2.3 Rental.

You may not rent, lease, or lend the license key or the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

2.4 Reverse Engineering.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, nor circumvent or disable its license checking, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law. This restriction does not apply to the third-party components described in section 3.

3. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT includes third-party components that are licensed under their own terms, which are included with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Nothing in this agreement limits, restricts, or otherwise modifies any right granted to you by those licenses.

In particular, libext2fs is licensed under the GNU Library General Public License version 2 and is distributed as a replaceable shared library at Contents/Frameworks/libext2fs.2.1.dylib. You may study, modify, rebuild, and substitute your own build of it, and section 2.4 does not apply to it.

4. COPYRIGHT

All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any copies thereof are owned by BETIM HODZA, excepting the third-party components described in section 3, which remain the property of their respective owners.

5. NO WARRANTIES

BETIM HODZA expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, which is provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness of a particular purpose. No warranty is given that the SOFTWARE PRODUCT will read, write, or repair any particular volume, filesystem, or storage device.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall BETIM HODZA be liable for any damages due to use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This includes without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information. In no event will BETIM HODZA be liable for loss of, damage to, or corruption of data, for the cost of recovering it, or for indirect, special, incidental, consequential (including lost profit), or other damages. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT writes to storage devices; you are responsible for maintaining adequate backups of any data you value before using it.

7. MAC APP STORE

Copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT obtained through the Mac App Store are licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs those copies in place of sections 1 and 2.
